1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • The product is in its original, unused, and sealed condition (where applicable)

Once a product has been opened or used, it is generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used IQOS devices

  • Opened or used TEREA sticks or consumables

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under approved return cases.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or other available methods

  • Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days after approval

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases where:

  • The product is defective upon arrival

  • An incorrect item was delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Process

To request a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide order details and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our support team will review your request

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or replacement
